I need some TLC and I don’t mean listening to ‘Waterfalls’ or ‘Scrubs’. I mean not moving, not even an inch! Three days of activity has left me feeling achy. If I do anything today my body won’t recover and I might end up with an injury. And I don’t want that!

It’s too easy to get caught up in running and want to do it all the time. I can’t believe I just typed that! But I can tell too much too soon isn’t good. I’m going to listen to the advice on Runner’s World and not over do it. They’re right, at the beginning it’s tempting to do too much at once.
