I can’t stop! I’m loving running. Today was day 2 of Week 8. The programme says to run for 30 minutes. But seeing as I ran a total of 45 minutes in Week 7 I thought I would try to run 45 minutes all at once today. And I did! Yay!
Here is my video from afterwards. All I would like to add is that I filmed this video straight after running. As soon as I stopped filming and began to walk home my knees started to kill me! As you will see I spoke to soon in the video.
