I ran for 52 minutes yesterday. The longest amount of time I’ve ever run for! I didn’t have my Nike+ with me so I don’t know the exact distance, but it was probably between 4.5-5 miles.

I couldn’t run for any longer because I was bored of running back and forth along the same stretch of canal. I need to find a longer route so I don’t have to keep looking at the same things.

I didn’t stop during the run, but at times when I felt tired I slowed down. When I finished my knees killed again. I seriously need to look into what is causing the pain.
