I went for a run yesterday and today. I made vlogs about both runs. You can watch them here:

I’m trying really hard not to do the whole ‘I haven’t run in ____ number of weeks, but I’m back and will run forevermore!’ Because who knows. I may run for a few days/weeks/months/years/never again.

I think I need a goal to keep me on track. I was going to do a half marathon in February but the places sold out. Yesterday I’ve discovered that 10 mile events exist. I think I will do one of those before a half marathon seeing as when I was running the 10K (approx 6 miles) in July I swore it was the longest distance I would ever run.
