I’m too tired to be funny or witty. I did that in an early note on Facebook which you can read here – it’s my list of 50 things to do before you’re 12.

Today I ran for 40 minutes. Everything you need to know is in the video below. I have nothing to add – except check out my awesome garden furniture at the end! All I am going to do now is make a post-run banana milkshake (recipe in the second video).
